Almira C. Slaughter, 75, of Topping, widow of Lloyd C. Slaughter, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017. Survived by her children, Shelia A. Tilghman (William), James C. Luckett, Jr. (Charlotte), G. Scott Luckett; sister, Barbara Sadler (Carroll Melvin); brother, Buddy Gene Forrest (Carol); eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
