Chad is survived by his wife, Stacey Green; 2 sons, Aiden Lee Green and Seth Andrew Green; his father, Steve Green; his mother, Brenda Green; a brother, Steve Green; a sister, Kelly Vann and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia.
