Charles Loving, 78, of Tappahannock, Virginia, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023. He was a painter for many years for various people and companies.
He is preceded in death by his son, Ricky Loving; his brother, Donnie loving; and his grandson, Robert Brooks.
He is survived by his son, John Loving; his daughter, Karen Brooks (Ricky); brother, Kenneth Loving (Francis); grandson, Michael Akers; great granddaughter, Addisyn Akers; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Upper Essex Baptist Church Cemetery, Caret, Virginia.
