Elsie Loving Davis

Elsie Loving Davis, 92, of Tappahannock, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. She was the widow of Charles Albert Davis and a member of Beale Memorial Baptist Church. Elsie was a retired waitress for Lowery’s Restaurant, Tappahannock for sixty-two years. Survived by her daughter, Patricia D. Scates of Dunnsville; sister, Beulah Bailey of Georgia. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Hollie Foster and Jay Atkins; four great grandchildren, Corinne, Logan, Lily and Ainsley and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock, followed by a graveside service next door in Essex Cemetery.
