Frances Balderson Shackelford, 94, of Tappahannock, Virginia passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024 from 1-2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
