Joseph "Glen" Glenwood Morgan

Joseph Glenwood (Glen) Morgan, 94, of Mobjack, Virginia passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. A native of Mathews, Glen was born to Wallace and Josie May Morgan on November 1, 1929. He was a graduate of Mathews High School, served in the U. S. Coast Guard and retired from WHRO-TV. Before his illness, he was an active member of the West Mathews Community League and Emmanuel United Methodist Church.

Glen was predeceased by his brother, Everett Morgan.

He is survived by his sister, Pauline Barrick; nieces and nephews, Gloria Fulcher, Calvin Morgan, Vickie Callis, Tim Barrick, Mark Barrick, and Julie Harvell; several great-nieces and nephews and his best friend, Stewart Harris.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to Noon at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. A funeral service will follow at Noon in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Providence Cemetery.
