Katherine May “Kathy” Atwell Bartley, 70, of Mathews, died on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Bartley; mother, Nell Riggs; stepfather, Robert P. Riggs Sr.; two brothers, Robert Atwell and Fred Atwell Jr., and stepbrother, Robert P. Riggs Jr.
Survivors include her three brothers, Michael Riggs, Frank Atwell, and James Riggs.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Point Friends Church, mailed to P.O. Box 421, North, Va. 23128.
Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, is in charge of arrangements.
