Kenneth “Matt” Creasy, 36, of Tappahannock, Virginia, passed away on January 27, 2022 after contracting COVID-19. He was a supervisor at Superior Excavating in Ashland. Matt loved music, vintage cars, fishing, watching hockey, and most of all, making people laugh.
He is survived by his wife, Dana Smook; his daughter, Lila June Creasy; his parents, Kenneth and Pamela Creasy; and his sister, Lydia Ray Creasy. Matt was also devoted to many dear friends who loved him like family.
Plans for a memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations for a college fund to benefit Lila June. Donations can be made payable to Dana Smook, P.O. Box 27, Caret, VA 22436. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock, Virginia is assisting the family with arrangements.
