Marcia Estella Martin, 74, of Saluda Va., passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023. Born to Frederico & Auda Garcia on October 17, 1948, in Panama City, Panama.
Ms. Martin is survived by her daughter, Lottie R. Roane (Quentin) and her son, Frank T. Stratton (Brooke); grandchildren, Quentin Jr. (Taryn), Michael Stratton, Nicholas Roane (Cari) and Emily Roane (Tyson).
Marcia taught herself how to speak English by watching gameshows & soap operas. She became a citizen of the United States in 1984. She loved to travel and going to casinos.
She loved being a Grandma more than anything, she had a beautiful bond with Nicholas & Emily, they will forever cherish those memories.
Last but not least her furry companion Tawny, that gave her such more love & support!
A Celebration of her Life will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 23,2023, at Beaverdam Park Whitcomb Lodge, 8687 Roaring Springs Rd, Gloucester, VA 23061 with the Pastor Clifton Colllins officiating the service.
We are having a fish fry and potluck in her honor. Please come out and celebrate Marcia’s Life.
