Mary Morris

Mary “Betty” (Ingram) Morris, born on September 27, 1941 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Fannie Elizabeth Moore Ingram and the late Earl Thomas Ingram Jr., passed away at age 77 on March 18, 2019 in Middlesex, Virginia. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Charles Davis Morris II. She was preceded in death by her beloved dog, Honey.

Betty is survived by her two sons, Charles Davis Morris III (Diane) and Brian Thomas Morris (Sarah); four grandchildren, Jessica Morris Poulos (Justin), Charles R. Morris, Ashley Morris, Danielle Jones; one great-grandson, Troy Poulos; and her brother, Earl Ingram (Carolyn). Betty enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends on the river.

Friends and family can pay their respects at the visitation on Friday, March 22 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Clarksbury United Methodist Church in Deltaville with a celebration of life officiated by Ken Cleveland at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park in Chesterfield at 3:00 p.m. where she will be laid to rest next to Charlie.
