Pamela Pullman Furr

Pamela Kay Polychrones Pullman Furr was born on May 24, 1956, and passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2026, surrounded by the love she spent a lifetime giving so freely to others.

Pam was proudly Greek and carried her heritage with deep pride, and heart. Family was the center of her world, she was the matriarch of a large, close-knit family who remained constantly connected through her love, and presence. She had a gift for maintaining relationships and staying in touch—no matter the distance, no matter how much time passed. Everyone mattered to Pam.

She loved deeply and expressed it often. Her favorite words, “Sagapo poli”—I love you very much—were spoken sincerely and lived fully. Those words now echo as her legacy, carried forward by all who were blessed to know her.

Pam was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents (Yai Yai) Mary Calliope Polychrones and (Popou) Michael John Polychrones, Florence Irene Elizabeth Jones (Mum Mum) and Francis Myron Jones (Pop), her father Michael Constantine Polychrones, and her daughter Jane Russell Hill.

She is survived by her Mother: Kay Traband siblings: Gregory Polychrones (Debbie), Christopher Polychrones (Kari), Elizabeth Polychrones (Alexander), children: Carrie Polychrones, Dawn Ferrell (Sean), William Pullman (Starr), Michael Pullman (Jessica), and George Pullman (Carrie).

She was a loving grandmother to Payton Polychrones (Asheli), Joshua Polychrones (Ruth), Christopher Hensel, Jordan Burke (Colin), Cheyenne Pullman, Alana Moore, Christian Polychrones, Gabrielle Polychrones, Anthony Pullman, Demetri Pullman, Kayleigh Pullman, Morgan Pullman, Bailion Pullman, and William Pullman, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great Nephews and a proud great-grandmother to eleven great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy.

Pam will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, her unwavering devotion to family, and the way she made everyone feel loved, welcomed, and important. Her heart was always open, and her impact will continue to be felt through many generations to come.

In accordance with her wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held, with the date and time to be determined. This gathering will reflect the love, laughter, and connection that defined her life.
