Patricia Ann (Hogge) Elliott, 80, of Mechanicsville, Virginia, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, at Bon Secours Community Hospice House in Richmond, Virginia.

Patricia was born on June 9, 1945, in Richmond, Virginia, grew up in Middlesex County, and later settled in the Richmond area. She graduated from Middlesex High School in 1963 and went on to build a successful career as a secretary, a role she held with dedication and professionalism for more than 35 years.

Patricia was known for her kindness, warmth, and genuine personal touch. She was loving, devoted, and deeply attentive to the people she cared about. She found joy in gardening, traveling, visiting wineries, and spending time at the beach. She also loved golf-the sport that brought her together with her beloved husband, Steve.

Above all else, Patricia’s greatest pride and joy were her three grandsons, Payton, Curtis, and Ian. She supported them wholeheartedly in their interests, hobbies, and pursuits, and treasured every opportunity to be present in their lives.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Stephen Elliott; her daughter, Susan Fox, and her husband, Kory Fox; her stepdaughter, Anne Legendre, and her husband, Steven; and her grandsons, Payton and Curtis Fox, and Ian Legendre. She is also survived by her brothers, Jim Hogge and his wife, Brenda, and Dennis Hogge; her nieces and nephews, Amy Hogge; Major Williams and her husband, JD; Andy Hogge and his wife, Lisa; and her grand-niece, Madison Hogge.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carol Hogge; her mother, Catherine (Hogge) Canfield; and her sister-in-law, Hope Hogge.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m., at Faulkner Funeral Home, C.F. Edwards Lane, Saluda, Virginia. Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Hermitage Baptist Church in Church View, Virginia. A reception will follow at the Hermitage Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
