Priscilla Russell

Priscilla Russell, 74, of North, Va. died November 18, 2015 in Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News. Va. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Gloucester, Va. She was an avid crocheter and enjoyed collecting buttons and antiques, and making things beautiful. She will be sorely missed by her loving husband, John Handy; daughter, Danielle Partello; Son-in-law, Charles Tarrio; granddaughter, Alyssa Partello Tarrio; and brothers, William and David Chilson. A private service will be held at a later date. Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Va. is in charge of the arrangements.
