Sue Clark Osborne, 67, of Tappahannock, gained her angel wings on Monday, January 2, 2023. She was the second of 3 children, born in Farnham on November 23, 1955 to Leonard Dandridge Clark & Alice Virginia Smith Clark who preceded her in death.
