Virginia Pauline Walker

Virginia Pauline “Polly” Turman Walker, age 97, of Urbanna, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on March 2, 2025. She was the widow of William T. Walker and a member of Hermitage Baptist Church.

Polly retired from SunTrust in Gloucester Courthouse and worked as a C.N.A. in Middlesex.

Polly was a loving mother to her three children: Linda Walker Baughan (Irving), Mary Walker Colgin (David), and William T. Walker, Jr. (Patricia). She was a cherished grandmother to Carol Colgin Reynolds (Brian), Christie Colgin Dalton (Curtis), David Russell Colgin Jr. (Claudia), Jessica Baughan Siller (Don), Grayson Baughan, Ashley Walker, and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Gena Walker.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home in Saluda, Virginia. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, Virginia 23069.

Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel in Saluda, is assisting the family.
