Howard W. “Bill” Duncan, age 70, a retired furniture maker died Wednesday March 14, 2012. He was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam veteran. He is survived by his wife Judy Duncan, a son Eric Messer (Sara) of Chicago, IL, and a brother, George Dungan (Jean) of Montpelier. Bill was a stranger to no one and loved by all. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday in Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Saluda. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until service time at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Central Middlesex Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 790, Urbanna,VA 23175.
